Drivetrain	Retained clutch. Don't know why. Used brass button plate, with twin diaphragms for extra clamping pressure. Lightened the flywheel.

Batteries	Optima D34, 12.00 Volt, Lead-Acid, AGM
System Voltage	144 Volts
Charger	Originally Zivan NG3 but had problems with balancing system when batteries were older. Changed to individual 15 amp switch mode chargers.
Heater	144 volt Ceramic element
DC/DC Converter	Todd
Instrumentation	Link 10/E meter
Top Speed	100 MPH (160 KPH) Very fast with Auburn controller, with a current limit of 680 amps. Never tested top speed. Got to 140kmp, had more to go.
Acceleration	Smoked tires from stand still in 3rd gear. Gearbox and clutch replaced often.
Range	25 Miles (40 Kilometers) Not far but fast.

Vehicle has been sold, with Curtis controller (which should save gearbox and clutch). Driven daily for 6 years. Great fun. No faults. Optima batteries, great. Still have some in workshop over 10 years old and will still deliver 500amps+. Great car to convert, but they are getting a little old now.
