Acceleration	The band brake dislodged recently and rubbed against the side of the brake drum. There is so much torque that my daughter ground halfway through the steel and brake material band with the edge of the drum before we made her stop.
Range	Controller gets hot and cuts back after about 1/2 hour.

I built this for my daughters. The batteries, cart body, controller, and the material used for battery trays, motor baseplate, and control panel are all surplus, hence the name. Pictures show only the voltmeter installed, as the ammeter was being sent back to Westach for rebuild. I'll eventually add some lights. For now, the only 12V drain is the contactor. No time trials yet, but it seems plenty fast to the kids. Need to find a track to use it on since it doesn't have a suspension. Faster than the neighbor's kid's gas 4-wheeler! Controller heats up and cuts the amps back before the batteries give out.
