It started out as a 1989 Polaris Trail Boss. I had a motor out of a 94 club car and had to build a front plate and armature shaft for it. I also added forced air cooling. I got a Curtis controller from a forklift. it runs 36 volts. I have 6 33ah 12 volt deep cycle batteries. two batteries in parallel per 66ah pack and three packs in series. onboard charger and a 20ah 12v battery to run the accessories, It uses all of the original controls and I added HID headlights.
