Driving my E- Gator could not be simpler - turn the key, select forward or reverse on the rocker switch, drop the handbrake and squeeze the pedal. Watch for the acceleration, though. The torque is very good, so it can lurch forward with a heavy-footed operator. There is no rollover protection, so this vehicle does not have seatbelts. Front suspension and flotation tyres at the back give a smooth and comfortable ride, as well as protecting the turf.
