Additional FeaturesReplaced the power steering rack and pinion with a manual
rack and pinion instead of capping of the power steering
rack. This keeps the car relatively easy to steer.


Put new struts on the car immediately before starting the
conversion. After the conversion I added spring spacers to
bring the rear up to original height.

Before the conversion I rebuilt the rear brakes. The front
disk and pads were and are still in good condition.
