Conversion TimeStarted project in August 2008. Purchased car late 2008 and delivered to Revolt Custom Electric (Chris, Aaron and Mark)for conversion in Feb 2009. K2 batteries and Revolt BMS failed completely by 2013. Car was refitted with new batteries and other components by EVWest under Matt Hauber and colleagues.
Conversion CostA lot: Parts before recent rebuild included BMS $3450, Netgain Warp 11 plus Masterflux AC $3816, Cafe Electric $4782, K2 Batteries $16351, Manzanita $3020, Ultrarev Flywheel/sport clutch $1396, KTA $429, MetricMind $1210, Custom battery boxes $3850. Total parts plus the car = $49804 not including labor and maintenance costs. The cost of the recent rebuild was about another $28,000 including parts and labor.
Additional FeaturesPictures are from the original build. I'll try to post some current pics in the near future.
